Big Belly Que started from their catering company Big Belly BBQ which was started by four friends who have a love for food. The founders Matt and Chris and Patrick and Kathy have been working in the food industry collectively for over Three decades. With their skills and knowledge of BBQ and passion for cooking, Big Belly Que will blow your mind with their BBQ Mexican fusion. Big Belly Que offers a wide variety of options including Vegan BBQ and Vegetarian BBQ. Big Belly Que has the skills and level of detail required to make sure that every plate that you order will be just as delicious as the last. Big Belly Que will only leave memories of great food and possibly the itis. Big Belly Que can accommodate many different specifications for your dietary needs and always strives to get better and grow our recipes to fit everyone’s diet.
Chris and Pat both grew up in Smithtown. This is their home, they love this town and are extremely excited to bring the Best BBQ Smithtown NY has ever seen. While searching for a location, only in their wildest dreams did they ever believe they would be able to make it happen in their own town. Even though the rent was more expensive and the taxes were higher they did whatever it took to make sure that they could serve amazing BBQ to the community that they held so near and dear. Kathy then joined the team and accelerated the success of the restaurant while running front of house management as well as backend development so each and every order is communicated and executed as perfectly as possible.
